We have been enjoying our sun room since its completion in February of this year, and I would like to take this opportunity to recognize Mr. Michael Phillips and his crew for their job well done in building our sun room.

At the beginning of the project, Mr Phillips was very cooperative in providing us with our preferred lay out of the sun room at a competitive bid. Waiting for the delivery of the sun room to our home was a bit long due to the bad weather, but once it arrived, it only took 2 weeks to be completed.
We are pleased with the way this sun room built and fitted well into our existing home.

I really appreciate Mr. Phillip's effort to work with me in retrofitting our preferred features into our sun room such as the ceiling fan, the heating and air conditioning unit, and widen the existing stair way to the rear entrance of the sun room. Then after the final walk through Mr Phillips promptly came back and corrected all of the minor fixes which we requested.

I also would like to thank you, Ms. Mary Chambers, for providing everything that we asked and needed during the course of building this sun room.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for a quality product. We had three different representatives, from three different companies come to our home to give us estimates, and we chose DreamSpace. One of the main reasons was because it is an employee owned company.

We were also familiar with Three Rivers Aluminum, which sold the company to Thermo Twin(DreamSpace). We also, wanted a vinyl product and as soon as we were shown the patio door hardware, we were sold.

Neither my husband nor I ever realized how much, intense work is involved in constructing a sunroom; even though an existing roof was used. The cross ventalation is amazing! Our life has changed immensely since the completion of the DreamSpace sunroom.

We are writing this letter to thank you for the great experience we had with your company. We first saw your ad in Yadkin Valley Living Magazine - the ad caught our attention with how beautiful your glass rooms were. Then one of your representatives, Richard Royal came to see us and told us about the possibilities available to us in adding a room to our house.

When we went to see the model, we were very impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail. We spoke with Michael about how much it would cost and when we could have the room built. We were pleased by the amount it would cost us (as we thought is would cost more). After these interactions, we were very excited and set about getting financing to pay for the room.

We ran into trouble with the bank getting the financing and had to keep delaying payment to your company, but each time we called and explained our trouble, you were patient and understanding.

Once you started building the room, the people who came out each day to work were courteous and effecient. From beginning to end, our interaction with you and your company was professional and respectful. In a world where so many experiences with companies can be unsatisfying and frustrating, our experience with you has stood out as really great.

We would recommend your work to anyone.

We can't tell you enough how moving it is to watch our grandsons (ages 1 and 4) see birds, squirrels and deer up close through the windows of this room. Thank you for providing people with such a beautiful space for these kinds of experiences.

It snowed last night and I am sitting in our new room in awe by the beauty I see all around me. The snow is hanging on all the tree branches and piled high on the fence behind our new home.

The birds are feeding from the bird feeders, that are also covered with an inch of snow, including a bright red beautiful Cardinal. I miss the snow being from the north.

This is one more reason why we love this awesome addition.

We wanted a patio enclosure we could invite our friends and family over and we could enjoy without the bugs.

I thought windows lasted forever, before my husband suggested we replace them. Having no prior knowledge, we set out on a self education quest. We knew the windows needed a low E rating and argon gas. We started visiting area window businesses and each one we went to was better than the last.

After 4 such trips we chose the best and an installer. The installer unfortunately told us after 2 months of waiting that is would be another 2 months before he could install them. Not willing to wait any longer, my husband quite literally stumbled on Richard Royal while trying to find another contractor.

Bill went to DreamSpace Sunrooms & Windows to investigate their windows and ask them to give us an estimate. He was so impressed with the quality of the windows that he immediately called for me to go in for a demonstration at their place of business.

We chose the Premier windows on the spot for several outstanding reasons that other window companies did not offer. The argon gas between the sealed windows also contained kryptonite as a stabilizer. The windows not only have the low-E but also have a film that prevents the sun's rays from coming through to fade furniture and heat up your house in the summer.

The are licensed to do a special wrap which is insulation around the window that no other business mentined doing. This is a great advantage because of all the cold air that would leak around the window frame. That offered the best warranty. Not only is it a lifetime warranty, but if you sell the house the warranty transfer to the buyer.
